During the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective product at no charge, provided that the defect is not a result of normal wear and tear, misuse, or abuse of the product. The warranty does not cover accidental damage or damage caused by improper use or care of the product.
To claim warranty service, customers need to email us the order number and image of the defective product at crm@baccabucci.com. Upon receiving the package, our customer care executive will inspect the product and determine whether it is covered under warranty. If the defect is covered under warranty, we will provide a repair or replacement according to the terms of the warranty.

It's really nice and first of all I appreciate blue dart courier service all team i purchased my shoes only in 2 days after order placed.so it's a good things I have never seen my whole life this type of faster delivery and those also free delivery.Shoes also good and best for regular days and shoes finishing is good and comfortable to wear and look as usual as picture that also nice thing .
