Role:Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics. Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery. Generating fresh concepts. Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects. Liaising between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met. Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.
Skill:Bachelor’s degree in design or any similar related/equivalent field. Portfolio with design projects. Proven work experience as a graphic designer. Working experience with image design tools (e.g. Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator). A keen eye for visual details. Aesthetic skills. Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members.
CTC:25K-45k per month depending on experience and skills.

Sr. Associate to the Founder’s Office (Core Team) | Noida
Role:As the Executive Assistant to the Founder’s at Bacca Bucci, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's visionary leader. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who can manage the founder's office operations and provide invaluable assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of the associate responsibilities.
Skill:1. Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the founder, including managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and handling email correspondence. 2. Communication: Act as a liaison between the founder and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-ups. 3. Project Management: Assist in managing special projects, strategic initiatives, and research tasks as directed by the founder. 4. Documentation: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and documents as needed, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. 5. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. 6. Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, materials, and briefings for meetings, and ensure the founder is well-prepared for all engagements. 7. Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing events, conferences, and other special occasions involving the founder's participation. 8. Office Management:Oversee the smooth operation of the founder's office, including inventory management, office supplies procurement, and maintaining an organized workspace. Qualifications: - MBA Degree from a Good B School or equivalent experience preferred. - Previous experience in a similar executive support role is a plus. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software. - Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. - Proactive and self-motivated with a high level of initiative. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
