You can cancel your order by sending an email to crm@baccabucci.com with your order number in the subject line. However, it becomes challenging for us to cancel an order once the order has been shipped.

We offer our customers an "easy return and exchange policy," wherein you can raise a return or exchange request of a product within 7 days of its delivery.
We have a reverse pick-up facility for most PIN codes. Return products are picked up within 2-4 business days by our own courier.
We also accept partial returns, wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.

Note 1: For PIN codes that are non-serviceable by our courier partners due to the reverse pick-up policy, you will have to self-ship the product(s) to the following address:

(Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.)
Note 2: In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled. Defective products need not be sent back to us unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at crm@baccabucci.com and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team, the refund will be provided to your bank account.
Once the order is picked up by our courier partner and reaches us, our CRM will get it checked, and if the product is found in its original condition, a refund or exchange will be processed.
Please send us your bank account number and IFSC code at crm@baccabucci.com, mentioning your order number.
Note: Processing payments through the bank may take up to 3 to 4 working days.
Please keep a record of your return shipment receipt and tracking number.
We ship 95% of our orders through Bluedart Air; once the order is shipped, it typically takes 1-2 business days for major metros, 1-3 for state capitals, and 2-4 days for the rest of India. North Eastern States and region of Kashmir, it may take up to 4–7 business days to deliver your order.
Note: Depending on the shipping address and other variables (such as public holidays, severe weather, etc.), delivery time may change in certain cases.

Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS/WhatsApp with details of your order and your order ID.
