BOGO Offer Policies

Return Orders

  1. BOGO orders can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Partial returns are not allowed; the entire BOGO order must be returned together.
  3. Items must be returned with original tags intact. Used or damaged items are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellation Orders

  1. Cancellations are accepted only before order fulfilment.
  2. Requests can be made via call, WhatsApp, or email. crm@baccabucci.comΒ or Whatsapp us onΒ +91 8287731376. (Kindly mention your order number while mailing or texting).
  3. No cancellations will be accepted once the order is shipped or dispatched.

Refund Orders

  1. No cash refunds are applicable on BOGO orders.
  2. Approved refunds will be issued as a Bacca Bucci Gift Card only.
  3. The gift card will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
  4. Orders placed using any gift card are not eligible for refunds.
