Upon receiving the package, our customer care executive will inspect the product and determine whether it is covered under warranty. Note: just simple suggestions to the people who does packing and all please check the items 3x times before packing..... Don't be careless and don't collapse the company name by packing defective piece to the customers....

I ordered Bacca Bucci shoes for my daily school use. My school is about 2.5 km from my home, and I walk that distance every day, so I needed a comfortable and reliable pair of shoes.
