Job Description
Role:- Answer customer queries promptly and professionally. - Provide information about products, orders, or services. - Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns. - Build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Skill:- Strong verbal communication in Hindi and English. - Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. - Ability to stay patient and empathetic under pressure. - Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred). - Basic computer proficiency.
CTC:8K-15K per month depending on experience and skills.
